Hospital Billing jobs

• Prepare and generate inpatient and outpatient bills accurately as per hospital tariff.
• Ensure all services, procedures, investigations, and consumables are correctly captured in the billing system.
• Coordinate with nursing stations, pharmacy, laboratory, and other departments for charge entries.
• Handle patient queries related to billing and provide necessary clarifications.
• Process advance payments, final billing, and discharge billing efficiently.
• Verify insurance/TPA details and coordinate for cashless and reimbursement cases.
• Ensure proper documentation for insurance claims and billing records.
• Minimize billing errors and revenue leakage through regular checks and audits.
• Maintain patient billing records and ensure confidentiality of information.
• Coordinate with the accounts team for payment reconciliation and daily cash collection reports.
• Follow hospital policies, NABH guidelines, and statutory compliance in billing processes.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Good knowledge of hospital billing processes and medical terminology
• Familiarity with TPA/insurance procedures
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic accounting knowledge

Educational Qualification:

• Graduate in Commerce/Arts/Science

Experience:

• Minimum 1 years of experience in hospital billing

Working Conditions:

• Rotational shifts

SALARY IS NEGOTIABLE FOR DESERVING CANDIDATES

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
