Key Responsibilities
- Operations: Oversee the day-to-day running of the hospital, coordinating between various medical, nursing, and support departments.
- Financial Management: Develop budgets, monitor expenditures, manage billing, and allocate resources efficiently to maintain financial health.
- Human Resources: Recruit, hire, train, and manage schedules for administrative and support staff, while supporting employee development.
- Compliance & Quality: Ensure all hospital procedures adhere to healthcare laws, regulations, and accreditation standards.
- Patient Experience: Implement protocols and programs aimed at enhancing patient satisfaction, safety, and quality of care.
- Facility Management: Oversee the procurement of medical supplies, maintain equipment, and ensure a safe physical environment.
