We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hospital Manager to oversee the daily operations of the hospital and ensure efficient healthcare service delivery. The candidate will be responsible for managing administrative functions, staff coordination, patient satisfaction, regulatory compliance, financial planning, and overall hospital performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage the overall administration and operations of the hospital.
  • Ensure quality patient care and smooth functioning of all departments.
  • Develop and implement hospital policies, procedures, and operational standards.
  • Coordinate with doctors, nurses, administrative staff, and external agencies.
  • Monitor hospital budgets, expenses, billing systems, and financial performance.
  • Ensure compliance with NABH, government healthcare regulations, and safety standards.
  • Handle recruitment, staff training, performance evaluation, and employee relations.
  • Maintain patient satisfaction and resolve complaints effectively.
  • Oversee inventory management, procurement, and maintenance of hospital equipment.
  • Prepare operational reports and present performance updates to management.

Required Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Hospital Administration (MHA), Healthcare Management, MBA in Hospital Management, or related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Medicine, Nursing, Pharmacy, or Life Sciences preferred.
  • Minimum 3–7 years of experience in hospital administration or healthcare management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations, hospital operations, and quality standards.
  • Proficiency in hospital management software and MS Office applications.

Preferred Skills

  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong financial and operational management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple departments.
  • Team management and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of NABH accreditation processes.

Salary

Salary will be based on qualifications, experience, and organizational policies.

Working Hours

As per hospital operational requirements.
