• Coordinate patient appointments, admissions, transfers, and discharge processes.
• Act as the primary point of contact for patients and their attendants.
• Guide patients through hospital services, departments, and treatment procedures.
• Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, diagnostic departments, and billing for seamless patient care.
• Ensure timely scheduling of consultations, investigations, and procedures.
• Assist patients with registration, documentation, and consent forms.
• Provide information regarding hospital facilities, services, and treatment packages.
• Coordinate with the insurance/TPA team for cashless and reimbursement cases.
• Address patient queries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Follow up with patients before and after treatment to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality of information.
• Monitor patient satisfaction and collect feedback for service improvement.
• Coordinate with internal departments to minimize patient waiting time.
• Prepare daily reports on patient coordination activities and follow-ups.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Hospital Administration.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
