Role Overview

We are hiring Medical Representatives / Sales Representatives for Delhi and NCR to support the promotion and growth of scientifically differentiated healthcare products. This is a core field-sales role focused on ethical promotion, strong doctor engagement, and disciplined territory execution in a highly competitive metro market.

The role is suitable for fresh graduates as well as experienced medical sales professionals who want to build long-term careers in pharmaceutical and healthcare sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote assigned pharmaceutical or medical nutrition products to doctors, clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies across Delhi / NCR
• Conduct scientific and compliant product detailing
• Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with healthcare professionals
• Execute daily call plans, beat plans, and territory coverage
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and activity norms
• Monitor prescription trends, competitor activity, and market developments
• Submit regular field reports and participate in training and review meetings

Eligibility and Experience LevelsMedical Representative – Fresher (0–1 Year)

Eligibility

• B.Pharm, D.Pharm, B.Sc (Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Microbiology or related fields)
• 0–1 year of experience (freshers welcome)

Expectations

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to work in a field-sales role with local travel
• Basic understanding of healthcare or pharmaceutical products
• High discipline, integrity, and learning mindset

Medical Representative – Junior (1–3 Years)

Eligibility

• Pharmacy or Life Science graduate
• 1–3 years of experience as a Medical Representative or Sales Representative

Expectations

• Hands-on experience in doctor detailing and prescription generation
• Ability to plan and execute territory coverage independently
• Consistent achievement of sales and activity targets
• Strong product knowledge and objection-handling skills

Medical Representative – Senior (3+ Years)

Eligibility

• Pharmacy or Life Science graduate
• More than 3 years of relevant field-sales experience

Expectations

• Proven track record of sustained target achievement
• Strong relationships with key doctors and accounts in Delhi / NCR
• Advanced detailing skills and therapy knowledge
• Ability to guide junior team members and support territory growth
