Maintain a check on all Incoming and Outgoing material.

Check the challan of all incoming materials for the quantity of material being returned.

Verify the stamp on the challans of incoming material and make entries in the material receipt register.

Check all the RMGPs/ NRGPs for the outgoing material and verify the details such as signature of the H.O.D. of the respective department.

Enter details in the Returnable/ Non-Returnable material register

Check the original filed RMGP slips of incoming material and cancel the entry in the register.

File all the RMGP/ NRGP slips

Supervise maintenance of fire equipments (as mentioned in JD of Fire Safety officer)

Handling Visitors

Special security for VIP visit

Ensure proper staffing

Other duties and record maintenance

Handling Dead bodies

Ensure attendants seek clearance from finance department.

Handing over the dead bodies to the attendants.

Assist the attendants in arranging for the vehicle and booking for the funeral.

Provide the required documents to the attendants.

Hand over the body and the related documents to the police in MLC conditions.

Ensure optimum temperature in the mortuary.

Enter the details of the body, such as time in and time out; number of the vehicle carrying the dead- body, in the mortuary register.

Enter the following details in the death register (Bed number, Time, Date, Age, Name, Date and time of admission, Permanent Address, Name of the person receiving the dead body and the related documents).

Inform the Security manager in case of any problem

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹38,380.32 per month
