Job Title: Accountant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage our financial records, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with legal requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation.

Key Responsibilities:

As Accountant, your primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

· Daily Bank Balance Check and maintain.

· Payment up to date Outstanding List- TPA Google Sheet Maintain.

· Medical GST & Professional Tax.

· Calling for Outstanding Payments.

  • Manage IPD and OPD billing accurately and efficiently.
  • Handle all financial transactions of the hospital.
  • Perform bank reconciliation and maintain updated bank records.
  • Manage net banking operations and online transactions.
  • Oversee insurance billing and coordination with insurance companies.
  • Maintain accounts payable and receivable.
  • Prepare and verify all banking statements and financial reports.
  • Conduct bank visits as required for transactions and documentation.
  • Manage EMI processing and handling.
  • Track and monitor outstanding payments.
  • Prepare monthly accounting reports and summaries.
  • Prepare and review Profit & Loss statements of the organization.
  • Handle monthly salary processing and related documentation and salary slips.
  • Conduct medical and lab billing audits to ensure accuracy.
  • Process vendor payments and verify related documents.
  • Ensure verification of all financial transactions within the hospital.
  • Prepare and maintain financial statements, records, and reports
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable
  • Reconcile bank statements and ledgers
  • Manage payroll processing and related tax filings
  • Assist with budgeting and financial forecasting
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
  • Support external audits and prepare audit documentation
  • Prepare and file GST, TDS, and income tax returns

- Managing the TPA billing process.

- IPD,OPD billing.

Qualification- B.com / Any graduate

Relevant Experience in Accounting.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
