Job Description

We are hiring Event Coordinators for upcoming weddings, social events, corporate events, exhibitions, conferences, brand activations, and promotional campaigns across Bangalore.

This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working on-ground and are interested in event execution, guest coordination, hospitality, and event operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate guest registration, hospitality, and attendee assistance
  • Support weddings, social events, exhibitions, conferences, and promotional campaigns
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth event execution
  • Handle event-related operational responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to work on-site
  • Comfortable travelling to different locations across Bangalore
  • Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply
