Lobby Hostess

Location: Bandra West, MumbaiIndustry: Luxury 5-Star HotelExperience: Freshers & Experienced CandidatesSalary: Up to ₹50,000 per month, depending on experience and profile

Job Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests in a warm and professional manner.
• Assist guests with enquiries regarding hotel facilities and services.
• Support smooth guest movement and maintain a welcoming lobby environment.
• Coordinate with Front Office, F&B and other departments as required.
• Assist with guest requests and direct them to the appropriate department.
• Ensure a high standard of guest service and professionalism.
• Handle guest interactions courteously and efficiently.

Candidate Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good English communication skills.
• Customer-service oriented with a professional approach.
• Confident and courteous when interacting with guests.
• Freshers with an interest in the hospitality industry are welcome.
• Prior experience in a hotel, hospitality, front office or guest relations role will be an advantage.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
