Full job description

  • Assist in managing daily Front Office operations.
  • Ensure smooth guest check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Handle guest complaints and special requests professionally.
  • Supervise, train, and motivate front office staff.
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B, and other departments.
  • Monitor room availability, occupancy, and guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain hotel standards, policies, and SOP compliance.
  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Front Office operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in hotel PMS/IDS software and MS Office.
  • Excellent guest service orientation and team management abilities.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
