Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in planning domestic and international tours.
  • Understand client requirements and suggest suitable travel packages.
  • Prepare tour itineraries, quotations, and travel proposals.
  • Coordinate flight, hotel, transportation, sightseeing, and other travel bookings.
  • Handle customer queries and provide timely support.
  • Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, DMCs, and other travel partners.
  • Follow up with customers and assist in converting enquiries into bookings.
  • Maintain booking records and update customer information.
  • Support the team in ensuring smooth pre- and post-trip coordination.

Requirements

  • Graduate in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Management, or any relevant field.
  • Freshers are welcome to apply.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of travel destinations and tourism products.
  • Good customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
