Operational Management

• Oversee daily resort operations including Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and Maintenance.
• Ensure all departments operate efficiently and in alignment with brand standards.
• Assist in implementing operational policies and procedures.

2. Guest Experience

• Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction at all times.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements where required.

3. Team Supervision

• Assist in managing and supervising departmental teams.
• Conduct regular staff briefings and ensure clear communication.
• Support recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of staff.

4. Financial Oversight

• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures.
• Monitor departmental expenses and ensure adherence to budgets.
• Support revenue generation strategies and upselling initiatives.

5. Coordination & Communication

• Coordinate between departments to ensure seamless guest service.
• Work closely with sales and reservations for smooth guest arrivals and events.

6. Compliance & Safety

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Maintain adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.

7. Quality Control

• Conduct regular inspections of rooms, public areas, and facilities.
• Ensure maintenance issues are addressed promptly.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
