Front Office & Guest Services

• Operations Management: Overseeing daily check-ins, check-outs, room assignments, and night audits to maximize occupancy.
• Guest Experience: Handling inquiries, booking reservations, providing local recommendations, and resolving complaints swiftly.
• Financial Handling: Processing payments, balancing daily transactions, and managing front desk cash flows.

Housekeeping & Public Areas

• Room Maintenance: Cleaning, dusting, and sanitizing guest rooms, changing linens, and replenishing room amenities.
• Property Upkeep: Maintaining the cleanliness of the lobby, hallways, restrooms, gym, and other common areas.
• Inventory & Laundry: Operating commercial laundry machinery and tracking inventory for linens, uniforms, and cleaning supplies. Food & Beverage (F&B)
• Kitchen Leadership: Designing menus, monitoring food costs, and managing line cooks to ensure top-tier culinary standards.
• Dining Service: Greeting guests, taking orders, serving food/drinks, and managing bar setups or banquet events.
• Safety Compliance: Enforcing strict food safety, hygiene, and local health code regulations.

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Darjiling, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
