Operations Coordinator - Intern(QSR)

Location: Fully Remote.

Salary: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Schedule: Monday to Saturday | Night Shift (U.S. CST Time Zone)

Position Overview

Vishram Management Group, is seeking an Operations Coordinator. This high-visibility role focuses on driving operational excellence, optimizing profitability, and ensuring brand compliance across multi-unit locations through data analysis, digital surveillance, and real-time coordination.Since this is strictly a backend, desk-based role focused on data, CCTV auditing, and systems management rather than physical floor presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Multi-Unit Oversight: Remotely supervise daily operations across multiple U.S. QSR locations to ensure 100% compliance with brand SOPs.
• Performance Analytics: Monitor and analyze store KPIs, including Labor Cost %, COGS (Food Cost), and Average Ticket Size.
• Virtual Auditing: Conduct regular remote audits via CCTV and POS systems to enforce discipline, hygiene, and accountability.
• Delivery Platform Management: Optimize third-party delivery aggregators (Uber Eats, DoorDash,) to maximize order efficiency.
• Revenue & Reputation Growth: Implement local store marketing strategies to boost sales and proactively manage customer reviews to maintain a 4-star+ online reputation.
• Team Support: Assist store managers with recruitment, onboarding, and scheduling and Payroll to ensure optimal staffing during peak hours and every week .

Candidate Qualifications

• Experience: 0 to 12 months of core experience in QSR Operations or Restaurant Management (Preffered) anyone with good analytical skills and mathematical knowledge can also apply .
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration,Masters in Mathematics , or a related field (Preferred) Recently Graduates can also apply.
• Technical Skills: Proficient with POS systems, inventory management software, and remote monitoring/CCTV tools.{ Preferred}
• Communication: Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills tailored for interacting with US-based teams.
• Shift Adaptability: Ability to thrive consistently in a U.S. Night Shift (CST) schedule.
