Hotel Manager

Location: Saheed Nagar, Bhubaneswar, Odisha
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month
Experience: Minimum 2 Years
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Hotel Manager to manage daily hotel/facility operations, client handling, staff coordination and service quality.

Candidates with experience as Hotel Manager, Facility Manager, Service Manager, Center Manager or Operations Manager are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily hotel/facility operations and ensure smooth functioning.
  • Handle clients/guests, queries, complaints and service requirements.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and service quality.
  • Supervise housekeeping, maintenance, security and support staff.
  • Manage staff duties, attendance, schedules and performance.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
  • Monitor inventory, maintenance and operational expenses.
  • Maintain daily reports, records and documentation.
  • Conduct regular property inspections and resolve operational issues.
  • Ensure company policies, safety and service standards are followed.
