Position: Food & Beverage Operations

Duration: 6 Months Internship

Location: Thailand / France

Role Overview

The Food & Beverage Operations Internship will gain hands-on exposure to restaurant operations, guest service, beverage service, and hospitality management within international hotel environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist guests with food and beverage service
  • Support restaurant and banquet operations
  • Learn table setup and service standards
  • Assist in beverage preparation and presentation
  • Support inventory and stock management activities
