Key Responsibilities

 Manage the overall hotel operations, ensuring seamless coordination across all departments.

 Lead Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Kitchen, Engineering, Security, and other operational teams.

 Deliver outstanding guest experiences by maintaining high service standards and promptly resolving guest concerns.

 Ensure compliance with brand SOPs, hygiene, safety, and statutory requirements.

 Monitor occupancy, revenue, guest satisfaction, and operational KPIs.

 Control operational costs while maintaining service quality.

 Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate hotel staff.

 Conduct daily briefings and departmental meetings.

 Coordinate with the Sales team to maximize occupancy and revenue.

 Maintain strong vendor relationships and oversee procurement.

 Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management.

 Drive continuous improvement initiatives and enhance operational efficiency.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹49,154.37 per month
