ob Title: Restaurant & Banquet ManagerRole Overview

We are seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented Restaurant Manager with a deep background in Hospitality and Banquet Operations. You will be responsible for the day-to-day success of our restaurant while simultaneously overseeing the planning and execution of private events, corporate functions, and large-scale banquets.

The ideal candidate understands that "hospitality" isn't just a service—it’s an experience. You should be a master of floor management, a mentor to staff, and a logistical pro when it comes to event catering.

Key Responsibilities

1. Restaurant & Floor Management

  • Oversee daily front-of-house operations, ensuring peak service standards during breakfast, lunch, and dinner shifts.
  • Maintain a visible presence on the floor, engaging with guests and resolving any service issues with grace.
  • Manage labor costs by optimizing scheduling based on seasonal peaks and event bookings.

2. Banquet & Event Execution

  • Lead the setup, execution, and strike of all banquet functions (weddings, corporate meetings, gala dinners).
  • Coordinate directly with the Culinary team to ensure banquet BEOs (Banquet Event Orders) are followed precisely regarding timing and dietary restrictions.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for event hosts on the day of the function to ensure total satisfaction.

3. Team Leadership & Training

  • Recruit, train, and manage a hybrid team of restaurant servers and banquet casuals.
  • Conduct pre-shift briefings to communicate daily specials, VIP guests, and event-specific logistics.
  • Foster a culture of "Extreme Hospitality" and professional development.

4. Financial & Administrative

  • Monitor inventory levels for beverages, linens, and service ware.
  • Ensure all banquet billing is accurate and processed immediately following events.
  • Maintain strict compliance with health, safety, and liquor licensing regulations.
