What You’ll Do

  • Prepare cold brew, French press, and other manual coffee methods.
  • Work with high-quality, single-origin, responsibly sourced beans.
  • Explain coffee flavours and origins to guests in a simple, friendly way.
  • Create clean, seasonal brews with minimal waste.
  • Follow calm, thoughtful, and mindful brewing practices.

What We’re Looking For

  • Passion for ethical and sustainable coffee.
  • Experience with manual or slow-brew coffee methods.
  • A calm, welcoming attitude with customers.
  • Good taste awareness and attention to consistency.
