What You’ll Do

  • Manage overall store operations (sales, team & P&L)
  • Lead, train & schedule staff effectively
  • Ensure food quality & service standards are maintained
  • Monitor inventory, costs & stock levels
  • Drive sales and improve customer experience
  • Maintain hygiene, safety & store standards
  • Coordinate for menu updates & operational improvements

Who Can Apply?

  • 12th Pass / Graduate / Hotel Management preferred
  • 3–5 years’ experience in F&B / QSR industry
  • Strong leadership & communication skills
  • Ability to handle P&L and team management
  • Flexible to work in shifts, weekends & holidays
