Front Office & Guest Services
- Operations Management: Overseeing daily check-ins, check-outs, room assignments, and night audits to maximize occupancy.
- Guest Experience: Handling inquiries, booking reservations, providing local recommendations, and resolving complaints swiftly.
- Financial Handling: Processing payments, balancing daily transactions, and managing front desk cash flows.
Housekeeping & Public Areas
- Room Maintenance: Cleaning, dusting, and sanitizing guest rooms, changing linens, and replenishing room amenities.
- Property Upkeep: Maintaining the cleanliness of the lobby, hallways, restrooms, gym, and other common areas.
- Inventory & Laundry: Operating commercial laundry machinery and tracking inventory for linens, uniforms, and cleaning supplies. Food & Beverage (F&B)
- Kitchen Leadership: Designing menus, monitoring food costs, and managing line cooks to ensure top-tier culinary standards.
- Dining Service: Greeting guests, taking orders, serving food/drinks, and managing bar setups or banquet events.
- Safety Compliance: Enforcing strict food safety, hygiene, and local health code regulations.
