• Welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner.
• Perform guest check-in and check-out efficiently.
• Verify guest reservations, identification, and payment details.
• Answer phone calls and respond to emails and guest inquiries promptly.
• Handle room bookings, modifications, cancellations, and special requests.
• Provide information about hotel facilities, services, local attractions, and transportation.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Resolve guest complaints or concerns promptly and escalate when necessary.
• Maintain accurate guest records and process payments using the hotel's Property Management System (PMS).
• Ensure the front desk and lobby are clean, organized, and presentable.
• Follow hotel policies, safety standards, and security procedures.
• Prepare daily reports and maintain front office documentation.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹19,206.00 per month
