Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the private residence.
• Supervise and coordinate housekeeping, butler, steward, driver, and other household staff.
• Prepare staff schedules and allocate daily duties.
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness, service, grooming, and discipline.
• Coordinate with vendors, maintenance teams, and external service providers.
• Monitor household supplies, groceries, and inventory.
• Handle household purchases and maintain records of expenses.
• Coordinate daily requirements of the family and ensure timely execution.
• Manage guest arrangements, events, and special occasions at the residence.
• Ensure proper maintenance and upkeep of the property.
• Train and guide household staff to maintain professional service standards.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while working with the family.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a House Manager / Residence Manager / Butler Manager in a private residence, luxury hotel, or hospitality environment.
• Strong staff management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well-groomed, polite, trustworthy, and service-oriented.
• Ability to manage multiple household responsibilities efficiently.
• Kannada-speaking candidates preferred.
• Flexible to work as per the family's requirements.

Pay: ₹34,623.64 - ₹46,806.34 per month
