The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently during night hours, handling guests professionally, and managing basic front-desk and computer-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the hotel reception and front desk during the night shift.
• Welcome and assist guests with courtesy and professionalism.
• Handle check-ins, check-outs, guest enquiries, and basic reservations.
• Maintain accurate records and complete night-shift documentation.
• Monitor the reception area and ensure hotel security and discipline.
• Handle telephone calls and guest requests.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and other departments when required.
• Perform basic computer and data-entry work.
• Prepare handover reports for the morning shift.

Requirements

• Retired Defence Personnel preferred.
• Good discipline, punctuality, and a professional attitude.
• Basic computer knowledge is mandatory.
• Ability to use email, MS Word/Excel, and hotel/front-office software is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physically fit and comfortable working night shifts.
• Previous hotel, security, front-office, or administrative experience will be an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
