Responsibilities:

• Greeting guests upon arrival and making them feel welcomed.
• Address and resolve guest inquiries, complaints and issues, and assist with check-ins/check-outs.
• Overseeing daily Front deck operations
• Processing guest payments.
• Handle guest issues to ensure smooth and efficient Guest Experience
• Take charge during emergencies, security situations, or accidents as the on-site authority.
• Conduct inspections to ensure cleanliness and order in public areas and that hotel facilities are maintained.

Requirement:

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure.
• Hospitality experience, often requiring several years in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of hotel policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
