Job Title: Duty Manager

Location: Regenta Baywatch Resort, Sernabatim, South Goa
Job Type: Full-Time
Reports To: Front Office Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a responsible and proactive Duty Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and act as the point of contact during shifts. The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle both staff and customer issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily operations and ensure smooth shift transitions
  • Act as the main point of contact for staff and guests during assigned shifts
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures
  • Monitor staff performance and provide support or direction as needed
  • Prepare shift reports and escalate major issues to senior management
  • Support front-of-house and back-of-house teams as required

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a supervisory (hospitality)
  • Minimum 1-2 years of Experience as a DM
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions
  • Flexible to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Basic computer and reporting skills

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Duty Manager: 1 year (Preferred)
