We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee housekeeping operations and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest satisfaction. The candidate will supervise housekeeping staff, inspect guest rooms and public areas, and maintain compliance with company standards and safety procedures.

• Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities.
• Allocate duties and work schedules to housekeeping staff.
• Inspect guest rooms, corridors, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure cleanliness standards are maintained.
• Train, guide, and motivate housekeeping team members.
• Monitor housekeeping supplies, linens, and amenities inventory.
• Report maintenance issues and coordinate with the Engineering Department for timely resolution.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Handle guest requests and complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain housekeeping records, attendance, and daily reports.
• Assist in conducting performance evaluations of housekeeping staff.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
