Job Summary

The Housekeeping Staff is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and a safe working environment throughout the office premises. The role includes cleaning workstations, meeting rooms, washrooms, pantry areas, and common spaces while ensuring office supplies related to housekeeping are adequately maintained.

Key ResponsibilitiesCleaning & Maintenance

  • Clean office floors, cabins, workstations, reception, and common areas.
  • Dust furniture, windows, doors, computers, and office equipment.
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize floors daily.
  • Clean and disinfect washrooms regularly.
  • Refill soap dispensers, tissue papers, hand wash, and other hygiene supplies.
  • Dispose of garbage and maintain waste segregation.

Pantry Support

  • Maintain cleanliness of the pantry.
  • Wash and organize cups, plates, and utensils.
  • Refill drinking water and pantry consumables.
  • Support tea/coffee service during meetings when required.

Office Support

  • Arrange meeting rooms before and after meetings.
  • Assist in setting up conference rooms for visitors and events.
  • Inform the Administration team about repair or maintenance requirements.
  • Support movement of office materials when required.

Inventory Management

  • Monitor housekeeping consumables.
  • Report shortages of cleaning materials and pantry items.
  • Ensure proper storage and handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment.

Health & Safety

  • Follow all hygiene and safety standards.
  • Use cleaning chemicals safely and responsibly.
  • Immediately report hazards, leakages, electrical issues, or accidents.

Daily Checklist

  • Office cleaning completed before office hours.
  • Washrooms cleaned multiple times daily.
  • Pantry cleaned after every use.
  • Dustbins emptied regularly.
  • Meeting rooms prepared.
  • Drinking water stations checked.
  • Reception area maintained throughout the day.

Skills Required

  • Basic housekeeping knowledge.
  • Good hygiene practices.
  • Time management.
  • Physical stamina.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Honest and trustworthy.
  • Team player.

Qualification

  • Minimum: 10th/12th Pass.
  • Prior housekeeping experience preferred.

Experience

  • 1–3 years in office, corporate, hotel, hospital, or commercial housekeeping.

Working Conditions

  • 6 days a week.
  • Flexible to work early morning or extended hours during office events if required.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
