Job summary: Identifying, attracting, and hiring top technical talent across various domains such as software engineering, IT infrastructure, data analytics and more.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Actively source and attract high-quality candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
• Assess candidates to ensure they meet required qualifications, skills, and experience before endorsement.
• Ensure candidates fit both company culture and job-specific requirements.
• Verify qualifications and certifications are met before endorsing candidates.
• Ensure recruitment tasks are completed within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA).
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the interview process.
• Provide feedback and support to candidates throughout the interview process.
• Provide daily recruitment status reports and weekly reports as required.
• Regularly update and maintain the recruitment database with accurate candidate information and status updates.
• Build and maintain a talent pool for future hiring need.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+years of experience in IT/Technical recruitment
• Strong understanding of IT roles (e.g., Developers, SAP Consultants, BI Analysts/Engineers, Data Engineers, Cloud Engineers, etc.)
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, Boolean search)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Pay: ₹400.00 - ₹500.00 per hour
