Job Title: Financial Accountant Intern

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Financial Accountant to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting overall financial reporting activities. This position requires strong analytical skills, accuracy, and a deep understanding of financial principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• General Ledger Management: Maintain the general ledger, ensuring all transactions are recorded correctly and timely.
• Reconciliations: Perform monthly bank reconciliations and ensure accurate reconciliation of accounts, resolving discrepancies as needed.
• Month-End and Year-End Closing: Assist in the month-end and year-end closing process, ensuring all transactions are properly recorded and reports are generated on time.
• Accounting Compliance: Ensure adherence to accounting standards, internal controls, and legal requirements related to financial reporting and accounting processes.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, providing variance analysis and reporting to management.
• Audit Support: Prepare documents and schedules required for both internal and external audits. Respond to auditor inquiries and provide necessary documentation.
• Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in the preparation of tax returns, as required.
• Financial Analysis: Provide insightful financial analysis and reports to management to support decision-making and financial planning.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve financial accounting processes and systems for increased efficiency and accuracy.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: Under Graduation
• Experience: Fresher
• Technical Skills: Good Mindstorm
• \*Knowledge:* Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all financial transactions and reports.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze financial data and prepare clear, actionable reports for management.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to explain complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
