We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to provide end-user IT support and maintain desktop infrastructure. The candidate should have hands-on experience in troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, and basic networking issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
• Operating system installation, upgrade, and maintenance (Windows 10/11).
• Troubleshooting hardware and software-related issues.
• Installation and support of Microsoft Office, Outlook, and other business applications.
• Printer, scanner, and peripheral device support.
• Basic LAN, Wi-Fi, and network connectivity troubleshooting.
• User account management and password resets.
• Antivirus installation and endpoint security support.
• Asset management and IT inventory maintenance.
• Providing onsite and remote technical support to users.
• Ensuring timely resolution of support tickets as per SLA.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of Windows Operating Systems.
• Desktop and Laptop Hardware Troubleshooting.
• Microsoft Office & Outlook Support.
• Basic Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Printer and Scanner Troubleshooting.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Active Directory.
• Experience with ITSM/Ticketing Tools.
• Basic understanding of Network and Server Support.

Experience

• 1–3 Years of Desktop Support Experience.
• Diploma, Graduate, or equivalent qualification in IT/Computer Science.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
