About the Role

Rebin Infotech is looking for a proactive and organised IT Project Manager to manage web and mobile development projects from requirement gathering to final delivery.

The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between clients, developers, designers, and internal teams, ensuring clear communication, proper task allocation, timely execution, and successful project delivery.

This role requires a good understanding of web and mobile development processes, strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and the willingness to learn and understand different business requirements.

This is NOT a Sales role.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate web and mobile development projects from initiation to completion.
• Understand and gather project requirements from clients and convert them into clear, actionable tasks.
• Coordinate with developers, designers, and other internal teams for smooth project execution.
• Assign tasks to appropriate team members and monitor their progress.
• Track project timelines, priorities, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and according to the required quality standards.
• Communicate regularly with clients regarding project updates, requirements, feedback, and delivery timelines.
• Respond to client queries promptly and coordinate with the relevant team to resolve issues.
• Identify project risks, delays, technical issues, and dependencies and escalate them when required.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with team members to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Maintain proper project documentation, including requirements, task details, updates, issues, feedback, and client communications.
• Coordinate testing, bug resolution, revisions, and final project delivery.
• Maintain a clear record of customer feedback, complaints, compliments, and improvement areas.
• Ensure effective communication between clients and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Continuously improve project coordination and client delivery processes.
• Be willing to learn new technologies, industries, business models, and project management practices.

Who Can Apply?

• Candidates with 0–4 years of experience in IT project coordination/project management.
• Freshers with relevant academic projects, internships, or strong knowledge of web/mobile development processes are also welcome.
• Candidates with prior experience working with developers, clients, or technical teams will be preferred.
