Roles & Responsibilities -

• Analyze Projects in details as to: Timeline, Budget, Forecasting, expediting, resource profiling and create detailed functional scope document .
• Create and manage sprints for agile/scrum projects.
• Create Wireframe, Flow Diagram and user stories.
• Ensure project delivery as per agreed timeline.
• Manage project teams for multiple projects.
• Regularly communicate with client/s.
• Monitor the actual cost/hours against budget, earned value analysis,monitor project risks, issues, resources.
• Preparation of agreements, change control notes, invoices.
• Preparing weekly/monthly progress reports, Dashboard.
• Storing project data properly and ensure use of standard templates, information etc across all similar projects.
• Proactive involvement in improving the processes through automation and use of digital delivery practices.

Skill -

• Advanced knowledge of the philosophies, principals, practices & techniques of project management.
• Understand and has utilized Critical Path Analysis, Earned Value Techniques, and Basic project management skills. Ability to interpret and evaluate complex financial information through critical thinking.
• Commercial awareness and Excellent communication skills.
• Hands on experience on using advanced excel, Power Query, and PowerBI tools for developing tools and dashboards for internal and external stakeholder communications.
• Awareness of Primavera Risk Analysis tool and Quantitative Schedule/Cost Risk Analysis (QSRA/QCRA) (Good to have)
