An IT Support Engineer (L2)provides :

Advanced Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex escalations regarding networking, servers, cloud infrastructure, and core business applications.

Root Cause Analysis: Perform deep-dive investigations into recurring or high-impact incidents to establish permanent fixes.

Mentorship & Documentation: Provide technical guidance to L1/L2 teams and document troubleshooting workflows.

System Maintenance: Administer and optimize enterprise systems, including data recovery, system upgrades.

Vendor & Cross-Team Collaboration: Work directly with software developers or third-party vendors to address product defects and release patches.

  • Proficiency in Windows/macOS, Linux, network protocols, hardware troubleshooting, and software applications.
  • Excellent diagnostic skills to identify and fix issues efficiently.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Experience : 3-5 yrs
