SDM:

  • A bachelor's degree in an IT-related field.
  • Experience in customer service, leadership, and logistics may be advantageous.
  • Good computer/ IT skills and the ability to manage the team of Engineers.
  • Strong customer service, project management, and quality control skills.
  • Good resource planning skills.
  • Excellent leadership and customer service skills.
  • Strong teamwork skills and attention to detail.
  • Need to work as a bridge between the Client and the Company/Engineers.

Skills required:

  • 1) Project coordination with external / internal vendors
  • 2) SLA governance
  • 3) Presentation and MIS skills
  • 4) Operational / Escalation management
  • 5) Sales / Presales coordination
  • 6) Finance reports exposure preferred
  • 7) Bridging role between the Engineers and the client.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹270,000.00 per month
