Full job description
- Provide L1/L2 technical support to users via phone, email, chat, and ticketing tools.
- Troubleshoot Windows OS, desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
- Support installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of software applications.
- Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and basic network connectivity issues.
- Manage user accounts, password resets, and access-related requests.
- Handle incidents and service requests through ITSM/ticketing tools.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate L2/L3 teams.
- Maintain proper documentation of incidents, solutions, and troubleshooting steps.
- Perform basic Active Directory user and group administration.
- Hands on experience working in Ticketing tools.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹39,000.00 per month
