Job Title: Ticketing Executive

Day Shift & Night Shift (WFH & Hybrid Module)

Job Summary

The Ticketing Executive is responsible for end-to-end airline ticketing operations, including reservations, ticket issuance, reissues, refunds, and cancellations using Amadeus and Galileo (GAL) systems. The role requires accuracy, adherence to airline rules, and timely customer support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle domestic and international air ticket bookings using Amadeus and Galileo
  • Issue, reissue, cancel, and refund tickets as per airline policies
  • Manage fare calculations, ticketing rules, and SSRs
  • Handle schedule changes, involuntary changes, and airline advisories
  • Coordinate with airlines and consolidators for ticketing support
  • Ensure accuracy in PNR creation, pricing, and ticket issuance
  • Maintain proper records of tickets, invoices, and refunds
  • Provide post-booking support and resolve ticketing-related queries

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Hands-on experience with Amadeus and Galileo (GAL)
  • Strong understanding of airline fares, routing, and ticketing rules
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines
  • Good communication and customer-handling skills
  • Ability to manage multiple bookings simultaneously

Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate in any discipline (Travel & Tourism preferred)
  • 3-5 years of experience in airline ticketing
  • IATA / GDS certification (preferred)

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
