Job Description Offshore L2R Process Consultant

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic L2R LeadtoRevenue Process Consultant to join our team in an offshore delivery model The role requires strong process consulting expertise handson experience with SaaS platforms and the ability to work independently while engaging with client stakeholders

Key Responsibilities

Understand and analyze client business processes across the LeadtoRevenue L2R lifecycle Lead Quote Contract Billing Revenue

Conduct process discovery workshops and gather business requirements

Design and recommend futurestate business processes aligned to SaaS solutions

Participate in client discussions workshops and solution walkthroughs

Translate business requirements into functional specifications and consulting deliverables

Provide consulting support for cloud SaaS platforms such as CPQ CLM Pricing and Revenue Management

Create key artefacts such as process maps BRDs and functional documents

Work independently as an offshore individual contributor owning deliverables endtoend

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quality delivery and client satisfaction

Required Qualifications

MBA from IIM Tier1 Business School Mandatory

4 years of experience in process consulting

Handson experience in clientfacing consulting roles

Strong understanding of business processes and transformation initiatives

Required Skills

Good understanding of IT systems and cloud SaaS platforms

Exposure to L2R domain CPQ CLM Pricing Billing preferred

Strong analytical and problemsolving skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Selfdriven and able to work independently

Other Requirements

Willingness to travel India International as required

Ability to work in a global delivery model offshore client interaction

Nice to Have

Exposure to leading SaaS platforms such as Icertis CLM Salesforce Conga Zilliant PROS

Experience in AIled or digital transformation initiatives

Relevant certifications in CPQ CLM SaaS platforms

B1B2 Visa preferred
