Full job description
Hiring: MIS Executive
Location: IMT Manesar, Gurugram
We are looking for a skilled and analytical MIS Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Excel, dashboard creation, reporting, and data analysis, along with excellent presentation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
· Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
· Develop interactive dashboards using Excel, Pivot Tables, Charts, and advanced formulas.
· Analyze business data and generate meaningful insights for management review.
· Ensure accuracy and timely submission of reports and presentations.
· Coordinate with different departments for data collection and reporting requirements.
· Create visually effective presentations and reports for management discussions.
· Monitor data trends and support decision-making through analytical reporting.
· Maintain proper documentation and data records.
Requirements:
✔ Experience: 2–3 years in MIS / Reporting / Data Analysis role
✔ Strong command over MS Excel and advanced formulas
✔ Hands-on experience with Pivot Tables, Charts, Dashboards, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF formulas, etc.
✔ Good presentation and communication skills
✔ Ability to handle and analyze large sets of data efficiently
Preferred Skills:
· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
· Attention to detail and accuracy
· Knowledge of PowerPoint and reporting tools will be an added advantage
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
