About the role: BFC Jewels Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a trustworthy, experienced and sales-driven Jewellery wholesale manager to join our showroom floor at SCO 861, 2nd Floor, (Sector-13), Manimajra, Chandigarh who oversees bulk distribution, manages B2B (business-to-business) client relationships, and coordinates stock levels and logistics for large-scale jewelry accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
· B2B Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term accounts with retail store owners, dealer networks, and franchise buyers.
· Sales Strategy & Targets: Drive high-volume sales, negotiate bulk pricing, and pitch product sample kits to regional retailers.
· Order & Inventory Tracking: Coordinate with internal manufacturing teams to ensure timely order fulfillment, quality control, and stock availability.
· Credit & Financial Operations: Manage credit cycles, payment collections, billing, and financial record-keeping for wholesale accounts.
· Market Analysis: Monitor emerging jewelry trends, competitor pricing, and regional buyer preferences to plan seasonal inventories.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
· Experience: 5 to 10+ years in B2B channel sales, wholesale distribution, or luxury retail management (gem and jewelry experience is heavily preferred).
· Communication: Excellentcommunication, negotiation, presentation, and client-handling abilities.
· Mobility: Comfort with regional field travel or multi-city touring to meet clients and onboard new retail partners.
PLS NOTE-: GEMS & JEWELLERY EXPERIENCE CANDIDATES ARE HEAVILY PREFFERED
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
