We are a growing Software Development and Digital Solutions company providing custom software development, web development, mobile app development, SaaS solutions, AI solutions, ERP/CRM development, UI/UX design, and digital transformation services to businesses worldwide.

We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Manager who can generate qualified leads, build relationships with overseas clients, and convert opportunities into software development projects.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities from Australia and international markets.
  • Develop leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, networking, referrals, business directories, and other channels.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

Client Acquisition

  • Connect with CEOs, Founders, Directors, and Decision Makers.
  • Conduct discovery calls and understand client requirements.
  • Present company services and capabilities to prospects.
  • Convert leads into confirmed software development projects.

Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Negotiate project terms and pricing.
  • Prepare proposals and quotations.
  • Close deals and achieve monthly revenue targets.
  • Build long-term client relationships for repeat business.

Market Research

  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Identify emerging opportunities in international markets.

CRM & Reporting

  • Maintain sales records and pipeline updates.
  • Submit weekly sales and business development reports.

Required Skills & ExperienceMust Have

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, IT sales, software sales, or business development.
  • Strong network in Australia, USA, UK, Canada, or other overseas markets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience generating leads through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Email Marketing, Upwork, Clutch, and other platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

Compensation StructureCommission-Based Model

  • High commission on every successfully closed project.
  • Recurring commission opportunities on long-term contracts.
  • No earning cap for high performers.

  • Project Value: AUD 10,000
  • Commission: 10% – 20%
  • Earnings: AUD 1,000 – AUD 2,000 per project
