Role Summary

We are seeking a dynamic, articulate, and creative Art Teacher to host and facilitate high-end, engaging art workshops across premium venues and partner locations. The ideal candidate will combine strong artistic expertise with excellent interpersonal skills, delivering exceptional experiences to diverse audiences while actively fostering community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Workshop Design & Execution: Design, curate, and conduct hands-on, high-end art workshops tailored to premium audiences, such as Soho House members, museum visitors, and university students.
• Session & Inventory Management: Manage and instruct during workshop sessions, including selecting and preparing art material inventories prior to each event.
• Audience & Community Engagement: Engage directly with participants to foster a vibrant creative community and encourage app downloads and platform usage.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Educational Background: Possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Fine Arts (BFA/MFA) or have proven experience as an art educator and workshop host.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and public speaking capabilities, coupled with an adaptable teaching style suited to varying skill levels.
• Facilitation Experience: Demonstrated background in running workshops across diverse demographics, including hobbyists, luxury corporate event guests, and student groups.

Compensation Structure

Remuneration is structured on a per-workshop basis depending on the scale, venue type, and nature of the engagement:

Pay: ₹3,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per day
