Qualification:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 3–4 years of relevant site supervision experience
• Previous offshore or Oil & Gas industry experience will be preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise mechanical work at the offshore site.
• Manage and coordinate site manpower.
• Monitor daily work progress and prepare reports.
• Ensure work is completed according to drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with engineers, clients and other departments.
• Ensure compliance with offshore safety procedures.
• Maintain quality and complete the assigned work within schedule.
• Manage tools, equipment and materials at the site.
• Conduct toolbox talks and maintain site documentation.

Candidate Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of mechanical installation, maintenance, piping and structural work.
• Good manpower-handling and communication skills.
• Ability to work offshore in 12-hour shifts.
• Valid offshore safety certificates and medical fitness will be preferred.
• Candidate must be ready for offshore deployment.
