Job Description – Summer Intern (Market Research & Business Intelligence)
Location: Hyderabad
Duration: 45 Days
Stipend: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000
Role Overview
The Summer Intern will support the team in market research, competitor analysis, and business intelligence activities to help the organization understand market trends and competitive positioning.
Key Responsibilities
1. Competition Mapping (First 15 Days)
- Identify and list key competitors in the industry.
- Analyze competitors’ services, pricing, and business models.
- Compare competitor offerings with the company’s products/services.
- Prepare competitor comparison reports and insights.
2. Business Intelligence Support (Next 30 Days)
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and opportunities.
- Collect and analyze business-related data from various sources.
- Prepare reports and presentations summarizing insights.
- Support the team in gathering data for strategic planning.
Deliverables
- Competitor analysis report.
- Market research summary.
- Business intelligence insights report.
- Presentation of key findings to the internal team.
Skills Required
- Basic research and analytical skills.
- Good communication and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel / PowerPoint / Google Sheets.
- Ability to collect, organize, and interpret data.
Education
Final year student (pursuing) or recent graduate in MBA (Marketing, Business Analytics, Strategy, or General Management) or related fields.
