Position

Social & Educational Development Executive

Job Summary

The selected candidate will support the organization in planning and implementing educational, cultural, social awareness, and community development activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and conducting educational and social development programs.
  • Coordinate with students, teachers, volunteers, and community members.
  • Organize cultural, educational, and awareness activities.
  • Maintain project records, documentation, and reports.
  • Promote the organization’s activities through social media and digital platforms.
  • Coordinate with government and non-government organizations, local institutions, and other stakeholders.
  • Support outreach programs and community engagement activities.
  • Perform other responsibilities related to the organization’s educational and social objectives.

Required Skills

  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Basic knowledge of English and Hindi.
  • Basic computer knowledge, including MS Word, Excel, and Email.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Good organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Interest in education, culture, and social development.

Qualification

Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate
Preferred: Graduate in Social Work, Education, Management, Arts, or a related field.

Experience

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Employment Type

Full-time / Part-time, as per organizational requirements.

Location

As per the organization’s office or project location.
