Position: Process Associate – Customer Support

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals to join our team as Process Associates. The role involves interacting with employees of client organizations over calls, addressing their concerns, resolving queries, and ensuring a seamless support experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound employee support calls professionally.

- Understand employee concerns and provide accurate assistance.

- Resolve queries efficiently while maintaining service quality.

- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.

- Maintain clear and effective communication with employees.

- Ensure a positive customer service experience during every interaction.

Eligibility Criteria

- Plus Two / Higher Secondary and above.

- Strong spoken English communication skills (CEFR-B2 level).

- Good listening and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to understand employee concerns and respond appropriately.

- Immediate joiners preferred.

- Willingness to work in night shifts and rotational week-offs.

Transportation

Cab facility available from 6:30 PM to 6:30 AM for employees residing within 25 km of the office premises.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
