Voice Support Officer – Freshers

Location: Kakkanad, Kochi, Kerala

Job Description:

Handle customer/employee queries through phone calls.

Assist employees with their concerns and provide appropriate support.

Understand issues quickly and provide accurate information or solutions.

Maintain professional and clear communication during calls.

Requirements:

Good spoken English communication skills (CEFR B2 level).

Good listening and problem-solving abilities.

Willingness to work rotational shifts, including night shifts.

Immediate joiners preferred.

Work Schedule:

9-hour rotational shift (8 hours working + 1-hour break).

Rotational weekly off.

Mostly night shifts.

Transportation:

Cab facility available for shifts between 6:30 PM and 6:30 AM.

Cab coverage within 25 km of the office.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
