Full job description
A BPO Associate handles customer interactions through phone, email, or chat, resolves queries and complaints, provides accurate information, updates customer records, and delivers excellent customer service while meeting quality and performance targets. The role requires good communication, basic computer skills, and a customer-focused attitude.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or Diploma (any stream). Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. Basic computer and typing skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Infopark-Kochi, Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
