Job Description – Fortinet Network Security Engineer (Senior level)

ONLY FOR CANDIDATES WHO LIVE IN SURAT

  • Strong understanding of IT Networking best practices and enterprise network architecture
  • Provide L2 & L3 support in network and firewall environments
  • Hands-on experience with LAN, WAN, and Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/Azure) including VPC, Security Groups, NAT, Direct Connect, and VPC Peering
  • Experience with network monitoring tools and performance troubleshooting
  • Ability to design solutions, create documentation, and present to team/management
  • Strong knowledge of switching technologies: VLAN, VTP, STP, FTP
  • Expertise in ADC, WAF, DDoS protection, MFA, and VPN technologies
  • Hands-on experience with Site-to-Site and Remote Access VPN configurations
  • Experience with Next-Gen Firewalls including policy/rule management, security monitoring, and log analysis
  • Strong understanding of network stack: routers, switches, WiFi, firewalls, load balancers, VPN
  • Good knowledge of TCP/IP and UDP protocols in enterprise environments
  • Understanding of ITIL framework and incident management processes
  • Ownership mindset with focus on automation and incident prevention
