Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Scribe to assist healthcare providers by accurately documenting patient encounters in real time. The role helps improve physician efficiency and ensures precise medical records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Document patient visits, including history, symptoms, and physician notes
• Update Electronic Health Records (EHR) accurately and promptly
• Assist physicians during examinations by recording findings and procedures
• Review charts for completeness and accuracy
• Manage medical documentation, test results, and patient records
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and confidentiality standards
• Prepare discharge summaries and referral letters

Required Skills:

• Strong listening and typing skills (good speed & accuracy)
• Excellent written English and medical terminology knowledge
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with EHR systems (preferred)

Qualifications:

• Minimum: Life sciences background (BSc, Nursing, Pharmacy, or related field preferred)
• Certification in medical scribing (optional but advantageous)
• Freshers or experienced candidates can apply

Work Environment:

• Hospital, clinic, or remote (work-from-home) setup
• Day/night shifts depending on client location (often US healthcare)
