Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced IT Project Manager to lead and manage multiple technology projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing projects related to WordPress, Shopify, and Go High Level (GHL) platforms, with a strong understanding of software development lifecycles, agile methodologies, and stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project management for web and mobile development projects, including platforms like WordPress, Shopify, and GHL etc.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, QA, and business stakeholders to define project scope and goals.
• Create detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
• Track and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies with effective mitigation strategies.
• Ensure timely and within-budget delivery of projects while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Conduct regular status meetings, sprint reviews, and provide updates to internal teams and clients.
• Manage client expectations and maintain strong communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Utilize project management tools like JIRA, Trello, Asana, or Microsoft Project to track progress.
• Continuously optimize project delivery processes and implement best practices for improved efficiency.
• Foster a collaborative, proactive, and results-driven team environment.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT project management, preferably in a web and mobile app.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Hands-on experience managing WordPress, Shopify, and Go High Level (GHL) based projects.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Proficient in using one of the project management tools such as JIRA, Microsoft Project, Trello, etc.
• Strong client-facing and internal communication skills, both written and verbal.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
