Hiring : Service Desk Executive
Thoughtsol Infotech Ltd. is looking for a skilled and customer-focused Service Desk Executive to join our IT support team. If you have experience in IT support, troubleshooting, and ticketing tools, this is a great opportunity to grow your career.
Location: Noida
Experience: 1–3 Years
Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line IT support for hardware, software, and peripherals
- Log, track, and resolve issues via phone, email, chat, and web portal
- Manage incidents using helpdesk tools (ManageEngine, ServiceNow, Jira)
- Troubleshoot issues in Windows environment and Office 365
- Handle ticket categorization and prioritization
- Escalate unresolved issues to L2/L3 teams
- Ensure timely resolution and excellent user support
- Maintain proper documentation and records
Skills Required:
- Experience with ticketing tools (ManageEngine, ServiceNow, Jira)
- Knowledge of Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Office 365
- Basic understanding of Windows troubleshooting
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT or related field
