Full job description
- Review client specifications, datasheets, and tender requirements from EPC consultants/contractors such as Bechtel, Technip, Toyo, Thyssenkrupp, Worley, L&T, Tata Projects, etc.
- Prepare instrument BOQs, MTOs, and technical datasheets for sensors, transmitters, analyzers, valves, control panels, and bought-out items.
- Support cost estimation for instrumentation scope during proposal stages, including vendor interaction for pricing.
- Prepare technical queries (TQ) and deviation lists during proposal and execution stages.
- Assist in vendor evaluation, technical bid analysis, and support procurement activities.
- Coordinate with mechanical, electrical, and piping teams for interface requirements.
- Prepare wiring diagrams, I/O lists, loop drawings, and cable schedules as per project needs.
- Provide support during FAT, inspection, and site erection/commissioning for instrumentation scope.
- Ensure compliance with international standards (ISA, IEC, API, ASME) and project-specific guidelines.
