As a Back Office Associate, you will play a key role in supporting our clients’ insurance operations by handling various essential administrative tasks. Your responsibilities will include processing documents, managing data, maintaining records, and assisting insurance underwriters in the U.S., U.K., and Canada. This is a non-voice role, meaning your focus will be on accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail rather than customer interactions. Working from our office in Hyderabad, you will be introduced to our company culture, which fosters collaboration and encourages strong team connections.

What We’re Looking For

• Advanced English skills, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate in an international setting, including clear and professional two-way communication with colleagues and stakeholders.
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Fresh graduates and candidates from diverse backgrounds are welcome.
• Experience working in an International BPO/KPO is a plus.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Drive applications.
• Effective teamwork skills and the ability to work independently when needed.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities with a meticulous approach to tasks.
• Monitoring skills and keen attention to detail.
